If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, My Revolving Closet is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, My Revolving Closet will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Delivery is stated in BUSINESS days, and orders must be placed BEFORE 12PM GMT to be dispatched the same day.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL/Royal Mail will attempt re-delivery. If DHL/Royal Mail and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

*All our international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please note, My Revolving Closet is not responsible for any delays caused by DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
